So Tired, Still working- Latest Updates
about 1 month ago – Mon, Aug 10, 2026 at 10:44:30 AM

 Hey folks,

My apologies for the extremely long silence on my end. I just wanted to post to let you all know that things have been progressing, the box, cards and rulesheet for the game are all ready to print and I’m just going back and forth with Longpack on the wooden pieces for the game at the moment. I’ve been spending my summer getting the art of the game edited and chopped to the correct size with Illustrator Patrick Tsao. While anything can happen, I’m optimistic I’ll have everything set for a proof copy by the end of August.

I wish I could tell a fantastical story or reason to tell you why exactly things have taken this long, but unfortunately, the reality of it is, that it’s hard to get stuff done when the world sucks around you.

The background trauma of our present reality has not been good for my depression, medicated or otherwise. Some days I refresh the Trump Tariff Tracker in hopes of good news, other days I’ve been watching the newest war crime or abuse of power nested within a timeline of friends that are also just so, fucking tired.

So I appreciate your patience as I work to get this game out to you all. And for those of you who are as tired as me…

It’ll get better. It has to.

Things are progressing!

Apologies for the radio silence, I've been busy this summer getting things ready to print! Right now my illustrator is currently working with Longpack to get the first prototype copies of the game.

Over the summer, I had my very first meeting with a publisher at Gencon! I'll admit I was nervous and said publisher wasn't interested, but so it goes. Also, speaking of firsts, I ate at Waffle House for the first time! Sure, it was late at night and they were doing pickup only, but I also took this great selfie:

Again, I apologize for worrying anyone, but rest assured I'm doing what I can to get this game to you!

Progress update and upcoming demo event in Brooklyn!
over 1 year ago – Mon, Jun 09, 2025 at 12:36:29 PM

Hey folks,

So, following the US international trade court's ruling and the general rule of TACO, I've decided to go forward with getting things ready to print. At the moment I'm working with my illustrator to get everything formatted for manufacturing.

That being said, I'm doing another local demo of the game in Brooklyn this month, at GUMBO's Archway arcade event! It's happening June 27th, from 6-9 over at the Brooklyn Bridge Archway, come by and say hi!
